Connections using the Beta interface are refused. The GA interface differs, so this is a code change, not a version bump.

On 15 September 2025 OpenAI deprecated the Realtime API Beta interface, selected with the OpenAI-Beta: realtime=v1 header, and scheduled its removal. The beta and GA interfaces differ.
