Railway's changelog #0294 covers several sandbox features: Docker preinstalled in every sandbox, a new file API in the TypeScript SDK, and CLI support for sandbox checkpoints and port forwarding. It also warns that older CLI versions will soon lose SSH access to sandboxes.
