The underlying Azure Monitor HTTP Data Collector API that the connector depends on stops being supported by Microsoft on that date
Log delivery to Microsoft Sentinel through this connector will stop working once the API is unsupported

What the vendor said

Microsoft is deprecating the Azure Monitor HTTP Data Collector API, which the Azure Functions-based Microsoft Sentinel connector relies on. Cloudflare will stop maintaining this connector once Microsoft's API support ends on 2026-09-14. Enterprise customers using it must move to the new Codeless Connector Framework (CCF) connector.
